Cancellation Policy

At KraftTales, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Eligibility:

• Orders can only be cancelled if the order status has not changed (i.e., if it hasn't been processed/shipped yet).
• Once the order status is marked as "processed/shipped," we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.

Refund Process:

• If your order is successfully cancelled before processing, the entire order amount, including any delivery charges (if applicable), will be fully refunded as store credit.
