Eligibility for Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once the order status is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped," cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refund Process

• If your order is successfully cancelled before processing, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.
• Refunds will be issued as store credit, which will remain valid for 13 months from the date of issuance.
