Return and Exchange Policy

At KraftTales, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the terms and conditions of our exchange and return policy below:

Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Custom orders and gift card purchases are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted. Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos and videos of the product to reach.krafttales@gmail.com. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if reported within this 48-hour window.

Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate an Return/Exchange, email us at reach.krafttales@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return/exchange (with relevant images)

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-3 working days. Please take a photo or video when handing over the item to the courier as proof in case of disputes.

Refund Policy for Return and Exchange:

  • Refunds for both returns and exchanges are issued as store credit, valid for 13 months.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the shipping label with the returned/exchanged parcel.
  • Garments or fabrics that cannot be tagged may still be returned or exchanged without the original tags.
