Eligibility for Return and Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Custom-made orders, clearance sale items and gift card purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos and videos of the product to reach.krafttales@gmail.com.
- Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the issue is reported within this 48-hour window.
Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at reach.krafttales@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return/exchange (with relevant images for verification)
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 1-3 working days.
- We recommend taking a photo or video when handing over the item to the courier as proof in case of disputes.
Refund Policy for Returns and Exchanges
- Refunds for both returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit, valid for 13 months from the date of issuance.
Packaging and Shipping
- Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Include the shipping label with the returned/exchanged parcel.
- Garments or fabrics that cannot be tagged may still be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
